ARR Participações acquired an ownership stake in a manufacturer of natural soaps.
2019 - Lianda Distribuidora
A distribution company focused on natural products, men’s and women’s cosmetics, and health products.
2021 - Strategic Divestment
The ownership stake in Lianda Natural and Lianda Distribuidora were sold, opening a new chapter in our journey.
2024 - ARR Locações and A2R Express
ARR Locações entered Brazil’s motorcycle rental market, followed by A2R Express in nationwide marketplace retail.
2026 - ARR USA LLC
A new and independent company established to operate in the U.S. online retail market.
